You can also receive it if you lease a vehicle as a first responder. However, some vehicles are excluded from this offer. For instance, you won’t accept it if you purchase the 2022 Jeep Cherokee Altitude or the 2022 Jeep Renegade Sport 4×2.
Many professionals are eligible for the first responder bonus cash. Medical staff who serve as first responders, such as paramedics and EMTs, are entitled to this offer. Volunteer or career firefighters also qualify. You may be eligible for this bonus cash if you work in law enforcement as a federal law enforcement officer, state trooper, correctional officer, deputy, sheriff, or police officer.
The process of confirming your eligibility status is quite simple. Visit the appropriate auto manufacturer’s website and fill out a short form to receive your authorization number. You can secure your discount by first visiting www.FCAUSAffiliates.com. Upon entering this website, you can log in using your distinct company code. If you’re not sure of the code, you can obtain it by speaking with your company’s program coordinator. You can also reach out to the Affiliate Rewards Program Headquarters for additional assistance.
Once you obtain your company code, you can log in and receive two discount codes per calendar year. Note that both current and retired employees of eligible suppliers and partner companies qualify for this discount.
