2020 silver Jeep Gladiator driving down the roadAre you ready for a great summer adventure after being inside for much of the year? Check out the 2020 Jeep Gladiator. It looks like a pickup truck but gives you the flexibility of a Jeep. With seven different trim levels for you to choose from: Sport, Sport S, Overland, 4×4, North Edition, High Altitude, Rubicon, and Mojave, there are so many features to love.

Pickup Power

All seven trim levels of the 2020 Jeep Gladiator use a standard 3.6-liter V-6 engine. It pairs with a variable valve timing transmission to give you great fuel mileage, no matter where you take your truck. The engine produces 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. A six-speed manual transmission is standard in the Sport, Sport S, Overland, Rubicon, and Mojave. The eight-speed automatic transmission is standard on the North Edition, High Altitude, Sport S, and 4×4, but it’s a great available option for the Sport, Rubicon, Mojave, and Overland.

The Truck Bed

The high-strength steel frame allows you to tow up to 7,650 pounds. The bed of the truck can handle a payload between 1,105 and 1,700 pounds, depending on the trim. Along with the strength, the bed includes LED lights that let you quickly find things no matter how dark it is. There is also an available 115-volt power outlet built into the truck so you can quickly charge your equipment on the go. Keep your gear secured using the four built-in tie-down points. If you don’t need the tie-downs, simply fold them flat against the frame of the truck for maximum cargo space.
Do you plan on hauling a lot of gear on your next adventure? Consider adding the available Trail Rail system. It ties into the front wall of the bed as well as the sidewalls. The system allows you to secure more stuff on top of what is in the bed. You can adjust it as needed to fit your gear.

Trail-Rated Body

Along with being a durable pickup, your new Jeep is trail-rated and ready to go wherever your adventure takes you. The Rubicon trim has a ground clearance of 11.1 inches under the undercarriage of the truck, which is high enough to help you safely maneuver over obstacles. All of the trims include skid plates to protect sensitive components from the elements when you go off-road. Your new Jeep also has a higher air intake that allows it to run through water up to 30 inches deep safely.

The Mojave trim is trail- and desert-rated. Hit the Off-Road+ button in the cab, and the truck automatically adjusts your throttle, transmission, and traction control to give you confidence in the sand. The front suspension includes a 1-inch lift that allows you to race through the sandy environment with confidence. Add the available step sliders to help protect the frame during your adventures.
