Delaney Vineyards is a beautiful and elegant vineyard that has been part of the local scene in Grapevine for more than two decades. The main vineyard is in northern Texas, but this 8,000-square foot spot resembles a French chateau from the 18th century. It’s open Tuesday through Saturday from 12:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., so you’ll have to start your evening out a bit earlier than usual. Within the tasting room, you can sample various wines made from grapes that are grown on the 120 acres of vineyards. Tours are also available when the vineyard is open to the public.

If your night out includes eight people or more, you may want to inquire ahead and book one of the private rooms.
Sunset Winery offers a cozier atmosphere for visitors. It was once a private residence, but it has since been transformed into a beautiful winery where you can take tours of the grounds and learn more about the process of winemaking. The wine bar provides both indoor and outdoor seating. If you sip al fresco, you’ll be able to enjoy the views of the grounds and the surrounding area.
This location also hosts fun community events, including an annual family cookout on Independence Day and formal dinners with delicious entrees and wine pairings. The space is available for private parties as well. The tasting room is open daily from 1:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Each of the handcrafted wines delivers rich flavors inspired by the local area.
