Best Little Brewfest in Texas

The Best Little Brewfest in Texas gives attendees the opportunity to sample craft-brewed beers from independent breweries while listening to live music. Gates open at 1:30 p.m. for VIP ticket holders with general admission opening at 3 p.m.
Over 30 breweries are setting up shop at the festival and are putting their best wares out for tasting. There’s a selection of beer, ciders, seltzers, and meads available for the tasting. Get a glass of your favorite brew and head over to the Main Stage for full bands performing with a professional sound system, or stop at the Acoustic Stage for a mellow musical experience. You can find plenty of wonderful bars and breweries that make for an exciting nightlife in Lewisville, TX.
There’s also a selection of foods and goods to take home as a memento of the event. Stick around to see the awards given out for Brewdies Beer Packaging Awards and a professional brewers competition. Children are welcome to attend with their parents, and the festival features a Kid Zone inside Ferguson Plaza. Children age 11 and under are free. All proceeds from the festival go to charity.

Castle Hills Fall Festival
The Castle Hills Fall Festival takes place in the Castle Hills Village Shops on Saturday, October 23 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. The shopping complex features a pumpkin patch, carnival games, bounce houses, obstacle courses, an exotic petting zoo, and a decorating station with the proceeds going to the Hebron High School Choir. Visitors are encouraged to stroll through the shopping complex and explore the stores while enjoying the tree-shaded walkways and water features. Restaurants and food retailers will feature fall-themed food and drinks.

Nightmare on Lake Lewisville
The Nightmare on Lake Lewisville is a three-hour Halloween adult costume party on a boat that cruises around Lake Lewisville from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. Participants are encouraged to dress up in their best costumes for the costume contest and win one of three place prizes. The event is BYOB and guests can bring their own adult beverage of choice for consumption during the boat ride. Tickets go quick so be sure to book early.

Lewisville Area Chamber Cup Classic 2021
The Lewisville Area Chamber Cup Classic 2021 tees off at 11 a.m. with a shotgun start. The presenting sponsor for this year’s event is Huffines Auto Dealerships and proceeds benefit the Lewisville Area Chamber of Commerce.

Tri-Town Amazing Race
The Tri-Town Amazing race includes 12 mental and physical challenges located in Lewisville, Highland Village, and Flower Mound. Check-in for the race starts at 8 a.m. with the race starting at 9 a.m. and ending at 12 p.m. The challenges are located across each town and take place in a pit-stop setting. Prizes are awarded to the top three finishing teams along with a Best Costume contest and Social Media contest.

- Price: $40 per team of two and $5 for each additional participant
Old Town Holiday Stroll
The annual Old Town Holiday Stroll takes place on December 5, with festivities starting at 8 a.m. and lasting until 7 p.m. Lewisville Morning Rotary Club hosts Pancakes and Photos with Santa from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Medical Center of Lewisville Grand Theater. The Huffines Auto Dealerships Lewisville Christmas Parade kicks off at noon on Church Street and is followed by Holiday Stroll activities from 1 p.m. until 7 p.m. Merchants on Main Street host activities such as an elf scavenger hunt, arts, and craft activities in the stores, a toboggan run, petting zoo, snowball fun and more.
Kids can meet Santa Claus and get a picture between 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. in Wayne Ferguson Plaza. Santa Paws Village opens at 1 p.m. and gives an opportunity for people to adopt a four-legged family member on Main Street. The inaugural Pet Parade is held immediately following the Huffines Auto Dealership Christmas Parade.
